The H150TS is a model of electric guitar made by Heritage Guitars. Heritage Guitars is a company that was founded by former Gibson Guitar Corporation employees after Gibson moved its operations out of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Heritage Guitars is known for producing high-quality, handcrafted guitars that continue the legacy of the classic Gibson designs. The Heritage Custom Core H-150 guitar is crafted in our factory at 225 Parsons Street, Kalamazoo, and features the finest curly maple top and an ultra-lightweight genuine mahogany back. A nitrocellulose finish with vintage gloss adds a subtle shine and velvety smooth feel to this guitar, and ages beautifully over time. With a redesigned carve top, 17° headstock and 4.5° neck angle, the Custom Core H-150 is optimized for excellent playability. The guitar also marks the debut of our signature 225 Classic humbuckers. Designed by Edwin Wilson, and wound in-house to our strictest standards, these vintage-inspired pickups are tuned specifically for the Heritage Custom Core H-150 and excel tremendously in both clean and overdriven tones, making them perfect for any music genre.
FEATURES:
Model: H150TS
Series: Heritage Custom Shop Core Collection
Body: The guitar typically features a single-cutaway, solid body design, similar to the iconic Les Paul model from Gibson. The body is made from high-quality tonewoods, which can include mahogany for the body and a carved maple top, offering a warm and resonant tone.
Finish: The finish is described as "Vintage Cherry Sunburst," which is a classic and attractive finish option for electric guitars. Sunburst finishes often feature a gradient from a darker color around the edges to a lighter color in the center.
Pickups: Heritage guitars often come with a variety of pickup options, including humbuckers and P-90s. The choice of pickups can significantly influence the guitar's tone.
Neck: Heritage guitars typically feature a set neck construction, which means the neck is glued into the body. The neck is usually made of mahogany or similar tonewood, with a rosewood or ebony fingerboard, depending on the specific model.
Hardware: The hardware on Heritage guitars is typically of high quality, with options for different types of bridges, tuners, and controls.
Case: The guitar usually comes with a protective case included. This is important for safely transporting and storing the instrument.
Overall Quality: Heritage guitars are known for their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They are often considered to be on par with some of the best custom-built guitars.
