However, a thinner body doesn't mean the Yamaha APX600M isn't thick on great sound. It features a spruce top and a rosewood fingerboard that combine to put out a superior, far-reaching tone. Yamaha uses locally sourced tonewoods for the neck and body in an effort to minimize waste and support sustainable harvesting of wood.
