When used in close proximity to your voice, it exhibits a clear, intelligible, and high-quality sound with an optimized frequency response for rich and natural vocal reproduction.

Works with Your Analog or Digital Setup: Thanks to its multiple outputs, you can use this mic with nearly any podcasting setup. Whether it's your audio interface, field recorder, mixer, or computer (over USB Mini-B), the MV7 is versatile. It also works with select Android and iOS devices. Please note that while it's MFi-certified, this product does not currently support iPad USB-C connectivity.

Rugged Appointments for Sound and Use: Like the SM7B, the MV7 features a built-in pop filter to protect against plosives and p-pops, simplifying your editing process. With a ready-to-mount yoke and all-metal construction, it offers rugged build quality for reliability in mission-critical circumstances.

Unidirectional Polar Pattern for the Untreated Room: The mic's unidirectional cardioid polar pattern is a natural defense against room noise, capturing what's directly in front of it and minimizing room noise. While some room treatment may still be needed depending on your setup, the cardioid pattern reduces the chances significantly.

Integrated Controls & High-Quality USB Audio: On the USB side, the MV7 provides broadcast-quality specs and intuitive functionality. Capture audio at sample rates and resolutions up to 48 kHz / 24-bit, the standard for editing and mixing broadcast audio. The integrated touch-panel interface allows control over levels, headphone volumes, monitor mix, and mic-mute.

Built-In 3.5mm Headphone Monitoring with Mix Control: The mic offers a headphone jack for monitoring, allowing you to listen to your high-quality audio. The touch-panel control surface includes a blend knob, handy for adjusting the balance between your mic's pickup and pre-recorded audio during music recording.

USB Connection Right Out of the Box: Two cables are included, one a USB Mini-B to USB-A, the other a USB Mini-B to USB-C.
